Crushed Green Emerald Chips (Grade A) from India, Pea-Sized Gravel (2mm-4mm)

Emerald is a type of green beryl and is considered to be a precious stone (the other precious stones are diamond, ruby, and sapphire). This particular batch of crushed emerald is from India and is very high quality (Grade A). Grade A emeralds are generally dark green and opaque - just one step below gem-quality emeralds that have good clarity. Emerald is the official birthstone for May and the traditional gemstone for the astrological sign of Cancer. This crushed material is extremely clean and has great color when wet.  Our coarse material is considered to be pea- sized gravel, ranging between 4 millimeters to 2 millimeters.
