Crushed Olive-Green Opal Sand from Madagascar, Medium Sand (0.25mm-2mm)
Opal is a very common class of minerals that are well known for their brilliant flashy “fire.” However, most naturally-occurring opals are "common" opals, which come in a variety of colors and are generally opaque. This common olive-green opal is from Madagascar and has a beautiful earthy-green tone. Our medium material is considered to be sand sized (very coarse sand to fine sand), ranging between 2 millimeters to 0.25 millimeters. Please see the corresponding sediment size chart.
