George Washington Lantern

This Lantern was designed based loosely on the wallpaper in the reimagined Yellow Room at George Washington's Mount Vernon; the spacing and overall shapes are identical with then addition of flying pigs, feathers, and roses. The lantern sits over a candle and can be made with any color resin inlay of your choosing, or no inlay at all.    Suggested Materials: 1/4" Laser Safe Material, 4 15" x 8" panels at least Wood Glue Random Orbital Sander and Sanding Discs Mineral Oil to finish   Project Notes: Do not scale without also appropriately re-designing the box joints.
