S550 Mustang Offset Front Tension Rods

SPL S550 Ford Mustang Offset Tension Rods (TRO) provide front caster and anti-dive adjustment for the S550 Mustang, allowing for symmetrical and ideal caster angle on both sides. The stock mushy rubber bushing is replaced by a US-made, low friction, hardened FK spherical bearing to eliminate deflection and bind, resulting in improved handling, direct braking feel, and sharp steering. This offset version moves the forward mounting point inward by 0.20" to give additional steering angle clearance for those running super wide tires or modified knuckles for drifting.Using a mixture of billet 2024-T351 aluminum, stainless steel, chromoly steel, and titanium results in strong, adjustable arms that are 8.0 lbs lighter than the stock steel arms. Our 360° aluminum clamp design allows for fast, precise on-car adjustment by simply loosening two titanium Allen head cap screws and turning the arm.
