Directions: In a clean bowl with lots of space pour out complete package of puff puff mix. Add 2-5 cups of warm water, mix thoroughly, cover bowl and leave it in a warm area for 45 minutes so it rises. Deep fry and ENJOY! 1 large pack (2.55lbs)of Manka’s puff puff mix can make 1 small foil tray and a little over of puff puff. 1small pack(1.5lbs) makes 20-40 puff puff balls Storage temperature is room temperature. Please keep in a dry area, if exposed to water, humidity or heat it will activate the yeast in the mix. Expiration date is 6 months if unopened and 3 months after opening.
