This was caused by shipping. There is no structural damage to the wheel. Wheel was checked on a balancer and no wobbling of the wheel was found. The three other wheels in this set have no cosmetic blemish to the wheel. We are offering this set at a discounted price due to the cosmetic blemish on one wheel. Once a tire is mounted on the wheel, the blemish will be somewhat difficult to see. The blemish on the one wheel can be seen in the pictures.
