WL100M-L1 Wave solder loading conveyor Manncorp's WL-100M-L1 Wave Soldering Loader is a fully adjustable, chain-driven inlet conveyor, engineered to seamlessly feed PCBs up to 350 mm (13.78") wide (with options for wider widths) into virtually any wave soldering system featuring a pin- or finger-type angled conveyor. The combination steel/nylon transport chain offers a dial-adjustable travel speed ranging from 3 to 40 ft/min (1 to 12m/min), allowing for precise control. The conveyor incline angle (with a 30-degree range) and the conveyor height (with a 8” range) can be easily adjusted for optimal setup and alignment. Built on a heavy-duty aluminum frame, this loader ensures exceptional stability and long-lasting durability, making it a reliable addition to your wave soldering process.
