Constructed in FRP with hand painted make-up and an attached wig  net. Wig  net helps keep wigs and hats in place and from slipping off the mannequin. Comes on a turntable base (lazy Susan) which can rotate 360 degrees so customers can view all sides of the wig or hat without scratching your counter top surface.
