Pinus strobus 'Contorta' is an Eastern White Pine with an upright growing habit. The most distinguishing characteristic of this unique pine is the twisted and contorted needles. The needles on each branch can be seen twisting every which way. This creates one of the most unusual and interesting appearances you will ever have in your yard.
