Our Plantation Console Table features the clean simple lines of the Mission movement in American furniture. This furniture style was brought to Hawaii by the missionaries themselves. Their Mainland furniture was often too heavy and bulky for the long trips to Hawaii so they endeavored to have these same style s made in Hawaii with Koa the gracious hardwood indigenous to the Islands. The Mission Console Table is made by the fine artisans of Martin & MacArthur at our Furniture Workshop in Honolulu, HI.
