Palak (Spinach) Simmer Sauce

Indian Spiced Spinach Simmer Sauce. Directions to cook: Saute 10oz of Paneer or Chicken in a tsp of oil for about 5 mins. Add Spinach Curry Sauce and 2 tbsp water. Cover and let it cook on simmer for 10-15 mins until the chicken/paneer is fully cooked, stirring frequently. Add cream or coconut milk for a creamy consistency [optional] Serve hot with rice or naan.
