Isolation Proof Gin is pot-distilled, hand-bottled, and hand-labeled by a team of best friends in a wooden barn in the Catskill Mountains. Botanicals: juniper, coriander, cassia bark, angelica root, licorice root, orange peel, and cubeb. *Cubeb is similar to black pepper, in case you're curious, and is mostly grown in Java and Sumatra, hence sometimes called a Java pepper.  What you will taste: Initial notes of juniper & coriander, followed by earthy honeyed undertones of licorice root and cassia bark, rounded out into a spicy lingering finish of cubeb.
