The EVENT-218A dual 18” powered subwoofer utilizes one of DAS's most highly regarded loudspeaker series, the long-excursion LX series, which was introduced in the LX-218 high-end subs. The cabinet is designed for horizontal use, constructed of quality birch plywood, finished with an ISO-flex cover and has a pole socket on the top panel.The amplifier provides 3600 Wpeak and offers features available on higher priced LX subwoofers such as the Cardioid Preset mode switch, which offers specific signal treatment for tuning pairs of systems in cardioid subwoofer applications.
