Published by Flammarion, 1950, 5.4 x 7.7 inches Dust jacket by Charlotte de Mezamat, ink on paper, approx. 18.5 inches long The exhibition consists of a series of books curated by the artist, each of which has had its dust-jacket replaced by a unique work-on-paper.  Mezamat describes these books as environments, locations she has spent time in. Motifs and impressions were drawn from the interiors of each book, focusing on recurring forms across the selection; threads, ropes and nets are brought to the surface.
