The full spectrum light bulb currently comes in an E26 and E27 fitting which is compatible for lights worldwide*. Simply screw in the full spectrum light bulb into your lamp or light (with power off first) and switch on the light/lamp. This will give out full spectrum white light, perfect for during the daytime. Turn the light off and turn it back on again, this will change to setting 2, amber light. This is the setting ideal for sunset and evening/night. Turn the light off and back on again and s
