Bai Zi Yang Xin Wan 柏子养心丸

Functions Bai Zi Yang Xin Wan is used to replenish Qi to nourish blood and to calm ones mind. It is indicated for insufficiency and coldness of the heart-energy palpitation of the heart insomnia and frequent dreams and amnesia. Package 100g (3.5oz) of the concentrated granules extracted from 500g of the raw herbs. Suggested Use Dissolve 1-2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2-3 times daily.
