New Riff Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey

Founded in 2014 by liquor store owner–turned bourbon brand founder–Ken Lewis, New Riff is produced in a Northern Kentucky distillery. With a mash bill of 65% Corn, 30% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley, this Bourbon is a bit different because it is non chill-filtered, bottled-in-bond and their mash bill is completely non-GMO. Aged four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, New Riff doesn't take any shortcuts taken in their production.
