Founded in 1840, Maison Simonnet-Febvre is a traditional Chablis winery and is amongst the oldest in the area. Nowadays Simonnet-Febvre produces a wide range of wines expressing the different terroirs of the Chablis and Grand Auxerrois vineyard.Among those expressions is Simonnet-Febvre Irancy Paradis. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is a medium to light-bodied red. Its intense violet hues is only matched by its alluring berry aromas.
