Featuring a luxurious oil-tanned leather bottom plus a bold "Skull & Crossbones" motif, its extra-stout construction includes multiple reinforcements, heavyweight stitching and leather chafe patches throughout -    NEW ENGLAND ROPE LANYARD "...the Jolly Roger rope lanyard (carry strap) is made from 17-feet of our vintage New England rigging rope, with an adjustable shoulder pad for comfort.  There's also a solid copper slider to keep the bag securely closed, and then we add a Monkey's Fist knot at the center so that the lanyard always draws evenly whether you're opening or closing the bag.  The working length of the rope lanyard is completely adjustable, and enables the Jolly Roger to be carried in 5 positions: simple shoulder bag crossbody / messenger duffel bag / ditty bag backpack 2-handle tote / shopper / upright tool bag
