Anatomy, Physiology and Pathophysiology for Clinicians & Coders

This online course includes instruction on normal physiology of the systems, pathophysiology of common conditions and documentation, and assessment tips necessary for a complete assessment including complete and accurate coding. This course is designed to improve the skills of current homecare clinicians, therapists and coders (i.e. those with previous training in A&P). Individuals without previous formal training/education in A&P who seek a career as a homecare coder are advised to first seek and successfully complete beginning-level A&P and medical terminology training/education from a local community college or reputable online training resource before beginning any code training program(s).
