Long Length of Stay - Hospice Documentation

This course will discuss the reasons for Hospice's long length of stay. We will review eligibility requirements and tools and documentation that can help with the recertification determination to avoid the long length of stays to make sure that beneficiaries are not only eligible but appropriate for Hospice.
