Larry is also recognized for his renderings of gray wolves, elk, moose, deer, and exotic wild animals, as well as portraits. A self taught artist, he has won numerous awards, and his work has been displayed at prestigious art shows throughout the United States. Larry was born in Kansas in 1938, and attended Kansas State University. He pursued a variety of interests, including being a radio talk show host, an ordained minister, and a motivational lecturer. He has always been interested in art and began his art career as a commercial artist for the Boeing Company.
