Artisan Made Natural Pearl and Ruby Silver Wheat(?) Chain Necklace

This appears to be a one of a kind, pre-owned Artisan necklace on what I believe to be a wheat chain. I have not been able to identify the chain style for sure. The pendant measures 2-1/2 by 2-1/2 inches and has 46 freshwater pearls and 7 natural rubies (they fluoresce) on a heavy silver frame. The necklace measures 26 inches and has 4 inches of extensions for a total of 30 inches. The lobster claw is marked 925. It's original design is sure to attract attention and it can be worn as an every day necklace.
