The bundles includes the Denver Steak, Filet Mignon, Ground Beef, New York strip steak, and Ribeye. Our high quality trimmed Beef Steaks are cut by-hand, from fresh meat then flash-frozen and individually vacuum-sealed. All steaks are wet aged for 30 days.
