Machine Applique Class

The perfect class if you've never machine appliqued before, if you want a refresher course, or are looking for new tips and tricks!  This class will cover different techniques and stitches, fusible, needles, thread, and tips on working with different fabrics.  Please Bring: Sewing Machine, preferably one with a zig zag and blanket stitch. Good fabric scissors with a nice tip. (My favorite are Karen Kay Buckley Perfect Scissors, they are micro serrated) A full bobbin with 50wt thread, and a spool of 50wt thread. Favorite Marking tool (for example: Frixion pen, chalk pencil, Sewline...) Pencil for taking note, handouts will be provided.  Optional:  Applique Pressing Sheet (highly recommend, a great multi use tool that will save your iron and make your life easier) Small Iron and Ironing Pad  Sand Paper Board We will have a pressing sheet and Sand Paper Board for you to try out and use.
