The evidence-based TGFV-A Peaceable Place program for Grade 3 lays the groundwork for peaceable living through a fun and interactive journey of setting reachable goals, communicating effectively, and making responsible decisions. This quick-paced prevention education curriculum focuses on developing students’ social skills and reinforces those skills through interactive, social activities. Additional learning and development concepts include maintaining self-control, managing anger, resolving conflict, and managing bully situations. In the lunchroom, Penny learns how to manage her anger and maintain self-control as other kids tease her and try to embarrass her.
