The Joerns Hoyer Slide Sheet can help maneuver and position patients without risk of injury. Warranty: 1 Year. This sheet is constructed from low friction material to allow maximum mobility when moving and positioning a patient. They're also washable and available in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. The small size (24" x 18") is designated for the patient's feet, while accompanied by the large sheet. Together, it covers the patient during transfer. The medium size sheet (36" x 24") is best for the patient's hips or mid-section, or can be used for transferring smaller patients.
