You truly can't go wrong with this liter of the lesser known varietal, Müeller-Thurgau which is a cross of Riesling and Madeleine Royale. If you're a fan of Grüner and/or old school Muscadets, this dry, acidic and refreshing bottle is perfect for you. The Borell-Diehl is crisp and bright with aromatic notes of lime and peach. Pair with a mushroom tart or slow roasted pork belly.
