Crisp dry and elegant, Dolin hasn't messed with its recipe since 1821 and thanks to discerning bartenders about town, the company began importing it into the U.S. a couple of years ago after a long absence. Delicately herbal and August-worthy refreshing, we love pouring this as an aperitif on ice but of course it makes a perfect martini.
