Kings County carefully crafts each batch of their blended bourbon from a combination of aged whiskeys in their inventory. Batch #3 mixes together 2yr straight bourbon and corn whiskey with smaller amounts of 3-4yr straight bourbon, 3-4yr rye and 2yr straight malt whiskey. The result is an approachable, gentler-style bourbon that’s perfect for sipping neat or with a big rock but not sacrilege to use in an elevated cocktail. Try it in a Penicillin with lemon, honey, and ginger for something easy going but different.
