Included: 1 Glass 34oz container with lid Hydroton grow medium  Seeds, enough for 2 Harvests Spray bottle Simply rinse and soak Hydroton in container for 1 hour.  Drain the water.  Place the cheese cloth provided on top of the Hydroton.
