Old Elk Bourbon is a premium bourbon that uses four times more malted barley than traditional recipes, giving it sweeter, lighter notes that these barrels will transfer to your barrel-aged beverage. Please note: These are head bung barrels that can be easily stored vertically and stacked on pallets. If you would like a belly bung, then please order from THIS LISTING and we will drill a 2-inch bunghole in the side for horizontal storage at no extra charge (additional bung included). Not all barrels have stamps.
