Raku - 5:00pm Session October 2025

Instructor: Ursula Hall Come join a Raku firing session where you’ll pick a piece of pre-made pottery, glaze (paint) it, and watch it transform through an exciting multistep process. The session includes heating in a propane kiln, smoking in a reduction container, and finally cooling in a water bath. Ages 5 and up with all experience levels are welcome to participate in this. The immediacy of Raku firings allow you to take home a beautiful piece of pottery for your home that night, but these decorative pieces are not food safe.
