Description: This is a super rare and hard to find promotional CD that was only available when pre-ordering your copy of MF DOOM's "MM... Food" album on the Hiphopsite.com. The promo CD comes with a recipe for Villainous Mac & Cheeze (by Grammy Dumile) on the back of the CD insert. Track 3 uses instrumental from SD50's produced "Humrush" off the "Mr. Hood" album. "Vomit" is an alternate version of "Vomitspit" and contains an error in that Parallel Thought is not actually featured on the song, although Drum & Knowledge (part of Parallel Thought) are credited for producing it.
