True to its name, this 43cm thread helps support and anchor sagging tissue across large areas. It is used with a temporal needle to create the entry point and a double blunt cannula. The blunt cannula helps the user navigate the underlying structures of the skin with less chances of side effects. Once the cannula is in position, it is removed and the thread is fed through the sharp outer “sheath”.
