2013 Verdelho

That's roughly 20-25 minutes in your refrigerator before serving (When in doubt, chill it a little longer. You can always bring it up to temp quickly). Pairs beautifully with Summer, grilled white meats, and almost all things seafood. Enjoy it with grilled wild salmon and a fresh mango chutney. *gasp*
