Nurturing & Nourishment Session - In Person

I offer In Person Nurturing & Nourishment Sessions with Bodywork and Energy Healing at The Healing Space in Fort Collins, CO   This is a Nurturing & Nourishment Session. A more gentle offering using Energy Healing & Bodywork to calm and quiet the body, mind, and nervous system. The intention of the session is to clear and cleanse your energetic field and nurture and nourish your physical body. I will use various bodywork techniques and energy healing.  Session Information The session itself is 90 minutes with time before and after to connect  You will receive a gentle Healing Experience unique to you and what you need. These sessions involve hands on bodywork - this includes hands on healing, reflexology, fascia work, trigger point releases, assisted stretching, joint mobility, trauma release exercises - whatever your body needs.
