A light, sweet touch! We add a little natural sweetness to our miso by upping the ratio of white rice to soy. Ingredients: Organic soybean paste (organic soy beans, water, organic rice, sea salt, roasted organic soybean powder, yeast, koji culture), water, sea salt, yeast extract powder, shiitake mushroom extract. Serving Suggestion: Add 1 Tbsp MISOgood WHITE MISO to 3/4 cup of hot water, then stir. Add your favorite garnish. Add hot water to the liquid, and you have instant soup. Delicious! You can also pour the liquid concentrate straight from the bottle to use as a sauce or to create a dressing.
