Description: The Kurds are an Iranian tribe believed to have inhabited the Azerbaijani area since before the time of Christ. Based on the color tones used, we believe this to be an antique produced c. 1900, which was also the opinion of our third party evaluation, however we do not have it's provenance. The knotting indicates it's origin as stated. Condition: There is some wear/damage to the stitching on the long edge, some light discoloration to the body, with some damage to the top edge of one of the bags as well as number of the loops on the same side and one of the outer loops.
