The Distillers at Clonakilty have hand selected an 8 year old grain and 10 year old triple distilled malt to create this first single batch Clonakilty Irish whiskey. Tasting notes:Nose - Soft spices, vanilla, fresh cut grass, slightly perfumed, riple apple/pear notes. Fresh leather tones. Palate - Warm spices - cubed pepper and ginger. Fresh cut grass, hazelnut and almond notes. Finish - Well-balanced Irish whiskey with spices lingering on the palate.
