After 18 years spent maturing in the finest hand-built Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, personally hand-selects just 150 exceptional casks and marries these remarkably small batches together in large wooden tuns for a further three months.  Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish. This Single Malt presents a remarkably rich aroma, with notes of ripe orchard fruit, baked apple, and robust oak. On the palate, it offers a luxurious profile of dried fruit, candied peel, and dates, all enhanced by elegant oak undertones. The finish is warming, rewarding, and distinguished leaving a memorable impression.
