Description Support TEAR Australia's partnership with Indigenous communities in Australia. Dhumba is TEAR's program to support Indigenous projects and partners within Australia. 'Dhumba' is a Woi Wurrung word for 'talk, tell, speak.' We aim to talk together, tell the stories and speak out with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
