They ensure that the wood comes from responsibly harvested forests.Measurements: This item measures 9" long and 0.75" wide.Care & Use: Hand wash. It is recommend that you scrub the fork using soap and warm water. Occasionally oil the whisk with natural coconut oil using a paper towel or cloth.
