Elegant characters are complimented by ethereal atmospheres that encompass their story. Their worlds have a magical quality, but are rooted in reality to draw the viewer in and make their environments relatable. These maidens are captured in ephemeral moments that are meant to evoke a sense of wonder in the viewer.Her painting technique is inspired by classical methods of oil painting involving a tonal underpainting, and color built up over multiple layers.Her drawings are mixed media pieces often utilizing charcoal and pan pastels along with many other experimental mediums.
