This unit is equipped with a sophisticated four-motor propulsion system consisting of two motors for forward and backward propulsion and two motors for vertical and lateral thrust. On the console are meters that measure the thrust of each motor.  The SeaOtter ROV is an entirely movable camera system that can move in any direction.
