An antique (mid-Victorian) hock shaped, mouth-blown barber bottle with a crude mushroom top, a 2 ½" deep kick-up, and applied ruby-red spirals. Possibly dip molded, although there is virtually no shoulder separate from the body where a mold line might be found. Probably a barbershop tonic bottle. DETAILS Production Period/Year – LATE 19TH C. Origin – UNKNOWN Styles/Movements – VICTORIAN Materials – BLOWN GLASS, ENAMEL Colors – RUBY RED Condition – Excellent vintage condition. May show minor traces of wear consistent with age and use. Dimensions – 3 ¼" DIAM. × 13 ½" H
