Sign up and come 30 minutes early, Karleen will lead you in a series of poses that will help prepare your body for the sound bath. Schedule: Prestretch: 9:30-10am Sound Bath: 10-11am For the safety of others, please do not come if you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms. For cancellations, please give at least 24 hours notice. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded.
