Holidays, Makeup Classes, and Absences We follow the West Chester School District holiday list (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Major Indian festivals like Diwali are holidays. Please inform absences at least 24 hours in advance to receive a class recording. No makeup classes for missed sessions. Fee Policies, Subscription, and Portal Fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable. Customer portal access is provided to manage subscriptions. Support is available for portal-related issues.
