“Summer afternoon – summer afternoon; to me those have always been the two most beautiful words in the English language.” – Henry James Earrings as warm as a summer afternoon with the gentle susurrus to mark the time. These earrings are made from unique slices of Montana agate cut as a pair. They are set in sturdy sterling silver with windows sawn out of the backs to allow the light to stream through. While dangling from the ears, it is lovely to see the light stream through and all the tiny swirls of color and opacity.  For each pair of earrings, I used very different agate pairs, varying in shape, patterning, color, and size.
