Skeleton Rose Scented Geranium Fragrant Pelargoniums for the Herb Garden

Skeleton Rose scented geranium has finely cut foliage with a strong rose fragrance. Scented Geraniums are great used in patio pots or planted in the garden. Skeleton Rose is one of the larger fragrant pelargoniums. I keep the tips pinched out of young plants to produce a bushier habit. When planted in the garden is has a somewhat sprawling habit and will weave between established plantings.  Skeleton Rose scented geranium can grow between 1- 2 feet tall. This variety will produce sporadic pink flowers throughout the growing season. I treat scented pelargoniums as annuals  in my zone 6 garden. They are easy to pot up and bring indoors for the winter at the end of the growing season. You will receive a fully rooted plant in a 4 inch nursery pot. I grow this plant for it's ornamental value and fragrance. The leaves can be used in jellies and sugars.
